Summary: I was looking forward to my early check-in, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out as planned. I ended up waiting until almost 4:40 to check in. I enjoyed sitting in the Bistro Restaurant while I waited for my room on the 10th floor, though!

Summary: Onsite restaurants are great. The staff is friendly and kind. The bed was horrible -- slept on hard springs and thin bedding. The pool was the worst I've ever seen there before -- very cloudy, and left a grey coating on swimmers. The jacuzzi had a dirt ring in it. Pretty gross!

Summary: Excellent location near the beach. Nice balcony view from our room on the 14th floor. Staff was extremely nice. I highly recommend this resort.

Summary: This is the second time I’ve been here, this resort is gorgeous and my husband and I always enjoy our time here. The only issue was our original room’s floor was wet and soapy and had fresh bbq or ketchup on nightstands. Once I let the receptionist know the issue she took care of it right away moving us to a different room. They have some of the best ocean view rooms,customer service is always top tier and it’s nice and quiet. Very peaceful
